Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that a $50 cancellation fee occurs if you cancel with less then 24 hours notice and haven't re-scheduled. This also includes No Show appointments. 

What Happens if i'm running late?

Unfortunately people run late from time to time. Including us. If this does happen to you please make sure you contact us ASAP. We are a helpful team and pride ourselves on teamwork so we are more then likely to be able to complete the service you are booked in for, just keep in mind that you may have to share the love and let another stylist finish off your service.

Supermarket Products!

Are they okay to be using?

This is always a touchy subject but I'm just going to put it straight out there and say NO! As said above, We pride ourselves on quality work & always guarantee our colours if we know you are using the recommended products. We don't just say this to try and sell products, it actually makes a huge difference to both yourself and us. So many supermarket shampoos are filled with nasty ingredients and can cause  massive chemical reactions when having a colour service in salon, not to mention, they leave a build up of silicone on your hair which blocks any colour from entering your hair cuticle. This means you spend around $100-$200 on your colour service and its barley doing anything and isn't going to last because the colour cant actually enter your hair cuticle. Then you go home and shampoo your hair with supermarket products and lose 50% of the colour. Hence why we recommend using the correct shampoo/conditioner as suggested by your stylist on your hair so that when you come to the salon and spend all that time & money, it will last you the 4-8 weeks its suppose to.


We pride ourselves on completing the best quality work possible whilst keeping the hair in great condition. Therefore we offer FREE Consultations!

You don't require an appointment for a consultation but we do appreciate if you are thinking of having a colour change, could you please visit us at the salon prior to making the booking or email/inbox us photos of your current hair and what you want to achieve with it so we know how much time to allow.

What extensions do you use?

We use Showpony Professional hair extensions and Jadore hair extensions in salon. This includes, tape extensions, Clip in's, Halo's, Pony tails. To find out more on our extensions, refer to our extension page, under services.

Do you have Afterpay? 

Yes we do! how exciting. If you want to use afterpay in salon, all you have to do is download the afterpay app, have your in app barcode ready for us then we take control of everything else. It sounds complicated but it is actually very easy and we are more than happy to help.

What products do you use?

Hair products we use Schwarzkopf, Alterna, Muk and Alfaparf.  For Beauty we use Youngblood cosmetics, Gorgeous Cosmetics and Morphe.
