Salon Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We do understand that everyone's schedules may change but we at least 24hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, Failure to do so will result in a no show fee of 50% of your intended appointment. We do require a 50% non refundable deposit of the booking amount for all lengthy appointments to secure the booking. If you no show to your appointment your next booking  we will require a 100% for that booking to secure it. 

 

If you are late by 15mins we may have to reschedule you appointment depending on the appointment length.
