Salon Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We do understand that everyones schedules may change but we at least 48hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We do require a 50% non refundable deposit of the booking amount for all lengthy appointments to secure the booking. If you no show to your appointment your next booking  we will require a 100% for that booking to secure it. 

 

If you are late by 15mins we will have to reschedule you appointment depending on the appointment length.
